Art History - An Introduction (Theory and Practice) - Summer 2027

Art History is a fascinating reflection of the way civilization has evolved throughout time. In this introductory course, students will study a range of Art movements with illustrated discussions.  This will enable students to gain skills of visual analysis and understanding of the ideas and motivation behind the art works. Initially, students will discuss images as a group in a visual presentation, before moving on to practical sessions in which the ideas and techniques will be explored.
